From Application to Impact

Project Cycle
Project cycle details

This roadmap outlines our structured, 12-step project cycle designed to transform entrepreneurial businesses into sustainable outcomes. The journey begins with application submission and committee reviews, including field verification, to select viable projects.

Once approved, we dive into meticulous equipment research, budgeting, and agreement signing to ensure maximum value and clear commitment. From there, the implementation phase kicks off with tailored training programs followed by the procurement and delivery of essential assets.

Finally, our long-term support comes to life through thematic workshops, ongoing coaching, dedicated site visits, and comprehensive evaluations to measure progress, boost income development, and ensure lasting business stability.

This complete cycle reflects our dedication to guiding entrepreneurs every step of the way toward meaningful, long-term impact.
